on the chloresterol content... alam ko mas mataas yung sa pula, dun concentrated yung LDL (low density lipoproteins) na responsable sa high blood pressure/aneurysms/heart problems. Yung egg white... dun concentrated yung HDL (high density lipoproteins) na maganda naman daw para sa katawan ng tao dahil nakakababa or nakakaprevent ng hiblood pressure, saka mataas protein content nyan kaya egg white usually nilalantakan ng mga body builders...yan naalala ko from one of my readings nung biochem assignment namin yung maalat na itlog (ng manok!), nag-absorb lang ng salt content, so alang dagdag na calorie pero masama naman sa katawan yung high salt content - lalakas water retention (manas) tendency mo, saka magiging inflexible blood vessels mo (yata)... mga doctors...
