    pareho lang ba ang calory/cholesterol content ng ordinary hard boiled egg, itlog na maalat at century egg?

    paano nga pala pinapaalat ang itlog na pula?

    at paano rin umiitim ang century egg?

    project namin nung HS yan. babad lang yung itlog sa tubig na may asin.

    yung pulang color... well... kamutin mo lang - mamumula na yun! hahaha! :twak:

    di lang yata tubig na may asin.. alam ko ginagamitan nang putik yan.. or clay.. para umalat.. yung pula.. coloring lang yun..

    he he he, akala ko paano pinapupula ang itlog.

    Boss Boybi, same cholesterol count. On the average, an adult should only consume two (2) eggs per week.

    on the chloresterol content... alam ko mas mataas yung sa pula, dun concentrated yung LDL (low density lipoproteins) na responsable sa high blood pressure/aneurysms/heart problems. Yung egg white... dun concentrated yung HDL (high density lipoproteins) na maganda naman daw para sa katawan ng tao dahil nakakababa or nakakaprevent ng hiblood pressure, saka mataas protein content nyan kaya egg white usually nilalantakan ng mga body builders...yan naalala ko from one of my readings nung biochem assignment namin yung maalat na itlog (ng manok!), nag-absorb lang ng salt content, so alang dagdag na calorie pero masama naman sa katawan yung high salt content - lalakas water retention (manas) tendency mo, saka magiging inflexible blood vessels mo (yata)... mga doctors... DOC OTEP...paki linaw nga

    ay oo, korekek si rsnald - mas mataas ang cholesterol ng itlog na pula dahil dun sa concentrated HDL.

    In terms of cholesterol level, one chicken egg is equivalent to 4 quail eggs.

    In term of calories, eto lang ang alam ko:

    1 boiled egg or 1 poached egg - about 5-7 gram of fat, 75-80 calories.
    1 fried egg (sunny side up) - about 8-10 grams of fat, 100-100 calories.

    Lakas ko din sa itlog, lalo na nung bata pa ako. Usually kain ko ng itlog is either sunny side up or scrambled. Pero gusto ko talaga yung hard-boiled, lalo na kung goose egg. Pag nalulon mo nang buo yung pula, para kang nakakain ng puto seko.

    Pag salted duck egg naman, hiwain ko lang sa gitna, tapos kutsara. O kaya ihalo sa kamatis. Nilalagyan ko pa yun ng tubig dati. Pero ayoko nung itlog na sobrang naglalangis.

    Mas matindi ang salted eggs because of the additional salt contents.
    Salt is one of the causes of high blood. Pero masarap sya pag may kamatis at sibuyas. Tapos mainit ang kanin. Sarap.

    meron kasing binigay na diet sa akin yung doctor ko, pwede daw ako up to 4 eggs per week. so safe na sigure yung 2 itlog na pula?

    Fafa Boybi, kung prescribed ni doc pwede - just as long as kaya mong i-burn yun calories at cholesterol.
