    kaya di ako naniniwala may insomnia siya

    ang insomniac isa o dalawang oras na nakahiga di pa makatulog. kahit patay ilaw, cellphone, laptop... kahit nag warm milk etc whatever pampatulog ritual di talaga makatulog

    siya AYAW matulog

    (syempre kasi excited... adrenaline rush... may kausap... kinikilig

    tapos nagtsitsikot... nagrereact sa mga post... naglo-LOL... kaya di inaantok)

    I've had a headache for several days already. I sleep for 6 hrs naman although I usually fall asleep past 3 na kasi. I am getting hyperacidity na rin. I wake up in the morning with a headache.

    Weird nga kasi I slept past 3 and I woke up at 11 although putol putol yung tulog ko pero 8 hrs pa rin.

    Seriously? Kahit 8 hrs pa rin? Basta past 2 am masama pa rin?

    I find it so weird kasi I still wake up with a headache and I can feel my stomache acid talaga I have a headache the whole day and still sleepy.

    so pag 4-6 hours ka lang previous nights tapos nag 8 hours ka tonight may utang ka parin sa katawan mo

    hindi pa naka-recover fully kaya you feel sleepy and have headache
