You can always take a couple of caffine tablets to wake you up. Effects lasts about half a day.
Of course, be warned that caffine does affect your perception of stress, making it seem more even if its the normal level of stress.

I think one company in the US even has room provided where you take a short nap then exceed mo na lang sa office hour mo iyung tinulog mo. In their philosophy, one can be productive kapag pinatulog mo kahit office hour kapag inaantok kesa magkunwaring gising na walang natatapos na trabaho dahil puro hikab...

June 10th, 2004 08:47 AM #19go to the clinic and have a quick nap... you're not productive if you are sleepy. Minsan, eye strain lang yun especially kung titig ka sa monitor the whole time.
dito sa amin, meron stretching time every 9am and 2pm. ina-announce talaga sa PA system.
