..or you can try the Ibong Adarna method: cut yourself then squeeze calamansi over the wound :D

pag ako ganyan pinagbibigyan ko na katawan ko, 15mins lang naman na nap sapat na, kapag nasarapan paktay na kalahating araw tulog hahaha

hmmmm baligtad pala.. ako kasi pag nakatulog hindi makapag kape! hehehe
pag inaantok ako hmmm malimit yan.. hahaha.. kung ano ano ginagawa ko.. usually naghihilamos.. nagyoyosi.. pero lately.. pumupunta ako sa miniclip naglalaro ako don.. naaliw ako don sa celebrity table tennis nila don..

Inisip ko nga punta ako car para matulog kaya lang maliwanag sa office parking namin. Tadtad pa ng camera at roving guards.

Eat less for lunch... make up for the lower food intake with a 3pm snack.
If the entire office feels sleepy, it's too cold... and there probably isn't enough ventilation in the office. I find that getting up and walking around for a while helps. Walking outside to the convenience store for a cigarette break... (whether or not you smoke... call it a snack break!) really helps.
