    pag inaantok ako hmmm malimit yan.. hahaha.. kung ano ano ginagawa ko.. usually naghihilamos.. nagyoyosi.. pero lately.. pumupunta ako sa miniclip naglalaro ako don.. naaliw ako don sa celebrity table tennis nila don..

    Eat less for lunch... make up for the lower food intake with a 3pm snack.

    If the entire office feels sleepy, it's too cold... and there probably isn't enough ventilation in the office. I find that getting up and walking around for a while helps. Walking outside to the convenience store for a cigarette break... (whether or not you smoke... call it a snack break!) really helps.

    Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
