Yeah I have a hard time sleeping when I don't exercise talaga. My appetite increases naman when I cardio![]()
hirap ung feeling na groggy ka in the morning dahil sa puyat kaya make it a habit to sleep on time.

pag umeedad ata pa aga ng pa aga pasok sa office. hehe
boss ko before 5am nasa office na. kuwento ng mga opismeyt ko na natutulog sa staff house, nakikita nila yun gumagala sa court namin, madilim pa.
may mga boss ako umuuwi pa ng cavite, bulacan, pampanga ( office in q.c.), etc.
pag dating sa bahay mga 11pm manonood pa till 2am. mukhang di sila pagod at inaantok. aga rin pumasok, di nalelate tulad ko. aguy!

Force of habit, bro... Honestly, I am still dragging one of my feet to (fully) wake up early in the morning.... That is why weekends are a bliss... but then, we have to go to the wet market occasionally, do grocery regulary, and go to mass,- so there goes....
Used to run kasi a couple of our Company's Operations at the same time (where 95%+ of our products/revenue pass); and so, I am/was on call (up until now, even if we have subcontracted them out) 24/7....
