if you're into caffeine but don't want coffee, softdrinks pwede alternative. i'm cutting my coffee intake na rin kasi di na "upper" ang effect sa akin, "downer" na. so what i do now is have my mug filled with water na di malamig. room temp lang.

kulang nga sa antok kagabi... plus sobrang tahimik nga dito sa office, and malamig pa.
btw, effective ba coffee candy?
candy na super ang asim or kalamansi. papakin nyo pag di kayo nagising...
pero kapag marami kang ginagawa, di ka naman aantukin e.
kakainggit naman kayo kahit gusto kong antukin di pwede... dami gagawin e.
Any other suggestions? Coffee is effecive but I don't wanna drink anymore because aside from the cost it has tons of calories and it makes me acidic.
I've tried eating chocolates but it's not helping. It's a good thing I get to laugh with OBs posts which wakes me up a bit. Hirap talaga maging empleyado...

Me, I just go downstairs for a while and smoke a cig or 2 para matanggal ang antok
minsan tumatayo na lang ako para di makatulog....some say brushing your teeth when you feel sleepy works too...

Inisip ko nga punta ako car para matulog kaya lang maliwanag sa office parking namin. Tadtad pa ng camera at roving guards.
Eat less for lunch... make up for the lower food intake with a 3pm snack.
If the entire office feels sleepy, it's too cold... and there probably isn't enough ventilation in the office. I find that getting up and walking around for a while helps. Walking outside to the convenience store for a cigarette break... (whether or not you smoke... call it a snack break!) really helps.
