Stainless is indeed cold but unequaled in practicality & durability. One can limit its application to vital sections like the counter/sink & combine w/ warmer, homier components.
Any kitchen will only be as good as its top.

July 13th, 2023 01:33 PM #4I used Termitrol just recently as a yearly treatment paikot sa house, may mga existing drill holes na sa cement flooring and much easier sa 3 sides na garden soil . . DIY
Dun sa new house construction na on-going, i have put up a 3/4 na pipe paikot sa perimeter na 1 ft below flooring so that i-pour na lang yung chemical.

There is this video I've watched na nag suggest wag isagad ang firewall sa property line for waterproofing maintenance in the future. Although yung 3 sides ng paggawa namin bahay walang mga katabi pa, maybe years or even decades pa siguro bago magka katabi, we have to set it back 600mm daw suggested. I'm just worried that Kung mag leave kami 600mm from property line baka yung future katabi eh mag encroach.
Kailangan ba may waterproof ang firewall kahit yard naman ang loob ng firewall?

July 29th, 2023 11:24 AM #8ask the authorities or the homeowners' association, if there are laws regarding "sagaran nang bahay sa property line".
should you decide for the 600 mm setback, you can erect a fence, to mark your property line.
if the other side of the firewall is not weather-sensitive naman, there would be no need to water proof it.
happy building.

Don't do that....This is what we have done for those who've had it w/ firewall troubles. Note the wall is windowless to pass easement restrictions; the roof is gutterless & the rain just hits the trench. Will never leak, no maintenance...& you'll have access to trench-cleaning. Build & forget.[emoji16]

Do you mean a fence as high as a firewall? For me palitada is enough. Painting it with a quality brand would be better for aesthetis.
But the question is kung yard naman pala sa side mo why waterproof pa? Dahil uulanin din naman ang side mo.
Yes, i do think so. Since it's based on the 4th-gen delica/space gear, which in turn shares some of...
