Sometimes I get scared na lulusot ako sa baba when I'm at my parents bedroom kasi kahoy yung floor and there's anay na. Pero if I had my own home, I want combination ng stone, wood and steel hehe

There are really good (non-ceramic tile) wood substitutes now. Not as good a thermal insulator as real wood, but they're scratch/water/dent/borer resistant & won't need periodic repolishing & care, just cleaning. In North America, they're termed Luxury Vinyl.
Value-wise, hardwood wins. They're literally pricier. To the discriminating, nothing beats the genuine article, however impractical.[emoji16]

    Isn't luxury vinyl an oxymoron

Can you recommend where I can get Blinds? Parang mahal sa Hunter Douglas. They have in shopee and lazada but it might not be quality.

Kinda surprised to see Levolor offered in Shopee & Lazada....legit? I dunno. With generic blinds, you gotta shop around. When in doubt, where proven is desired, go HunterDouglas.

Levolor? Venetian blinds pala yan. It's so hard to clean venetian blinds, so we went next for vertical, then cloth curtains, and now korean blinds. I think they are self cleaning everytime you draw them, the dust probably falls off and can be vacuumed off the floor.

We use cloth for the bedrooms and korean for the house.

Korean blinds nga gusto ko. Venetian yung current ko but it's so old and dated na. Yung sa Hunter Douglas hindi Korean blinds ang tawag nila e hehe. I am not sure if pwede one room lang. I want quality blinds kasi ayoko palit ng palit, mahirap mag install sa room ko meron curtain over it saka window cornice

No, sir, not just those. LEVOLOR's a very old brand founded in Jersey. Hunter Douglas bought it some years ago.

Kitchen sink drains slowly. Newly replaced ang tubo from the strainer until the p-trap. We have no grease trap.

It seems to me wala hangin sa tubo. Sometimes magde-drain ang I'll see bubbles coming up from the strainer.

Ano dapat ang ipagawa sa tubero? Nung ni-replace ang p-trap may natanggal na ball of sebo from the pipe so I thought yun na ang problem. Apparently, meron pang iba probably deeper down the drain pipes.

    when this happened to us,
the clog was traced to the segment of pipe about 5 feet distal to the water trap.
    grasa, hair, and other slow-bio-degradeables.

There are people who specialize in clearing blocked pipes ... maybe you can find them on FB ...

Always install vents to provide atmospheric pressure into the waste system. This is often overlooked by self-taught plumbers.
One hack on clogged sinks, use your palm to rapid pump onto the strainer. Make sure the sink has water about half or an inch high when your hand pumping.

This is what I do. Learned it from my wife when I saw her doing a CPR like chest compression sa drain. Now I always do it basta mabagal ang baba ng tubig.

I heard a plunger will also do the trick. But my hand is enough.

Plain render. No materiality yet. Gonna change some windows to make them floor to ceiling. But this is the base look.

Its a 4 bedroom house with some nice views which i want to take advantage of.

The property is on a slope so no choice but to build multi level.

    Starting soon. Hopefully! received_387963073211495.jpgreceived_5217300648350993.jpgreceived_376903667881012.jpgreceived_410742800851407.jpg

Heres a render of the main kitchen and living area. The open plan intent is to maximize the view and connection to the outdoor spaces. img-f35c358557e98f0aba5cf7b7b73e9153-v.jpgimg-4a7c8ab72b353ab645995a0ab0857e89-v.jpgimg-38c1cf449fea82ef31e2ab968a48ff7a-v.jpgimg-cd7e92c41f063cfbbe5df6334279ca1f-v.jpg
