Going back to balusters, is there another type aside from the one on the pic which I can attach to the side of the stairs. Putting it on too kasi will reduce my stair width.img_20200125_135633.jpg

Nakapasok na rin kasi halos ng 75mm yung base plate mo from the outer edge of the tread. Hindi rin matibay syado expansion bolt or using chemical anchors.

No preparation done sir, bakal at cemento lang yan

Hindi ako sigurado, pero min clear width ata ng stairs is 120cm as per building code for commercial building.

Paint afterwards same color (or anu kulay gusto mo) as your stairs, you're done.

You can mount base plates under or SS angles along the side of the sawtooth staircase. L shaped vertical balusters or if you're using glass... side mounted stand-off fittings.

Thanks Sir Travs, I also did some googling and found a lot good side mount options. I guess my true problem lies in the fact that I am currently limited to 1 provider to whom I already have a good experience with. I asked also if he can find good side mount options. This part of construction is tricky because you need to pay 50% upfront and there are many sad stories of non delivery or non completion.

    Anytime, papi sir.
Unlike the old days where everything was custom, rail fittings, accessories & components are now readily available for DIY....cheap. Thanks to China.
