Kung baga lahat ng pader from top to bottom pwede linisin. Wala pagtataguan langgam, butiki, daga.

Floating modular cabinetry is pretty common. This leaves areas under cabinets exposed(w/o legs) & 'moppable'. We've customized a number of day kitchens in all stainless. Most prefer the softer traditional homey look....the seamless stainless counter on wood based cabinetry is the usual compromise. Pic below shows an example of such a counter w/ integral sink mounted on a basic cabinet.

ah so common pala yung kagaya sa hotels.

    Parang ganito

    the room is easy.
just tell the architect or whoever, "i want a big, empty room. but put plumbing here, here, and here.. and put exhaust capability here and here."

    then go to the fabricator.
"here's my empty room. here are the dimensions. fabricate me something like what's in my drawings, to fill it with."
they'll probably request a site visit.

    btw,
    "be ready to spend."
as fabrication is usually special order, it will probably cost you.

but my question is, "wala na bang gumagawa ng porcelain surface? hindi ko kasi gusto stainless. it looks so... workplace... so... hospital-y.

Uso din kasi industrial look ngayon. Meron nga din concrete countertop. Personally I like the look of bare concrete walls/ceilings.

Grats, sir. Careful w/ unroofed balconies. Waterproofing service life is finite. Choose a ceiling material that won't be collateral damage by future leaks. There are vinyl & metal ceiling panels. Cemboard & gypsum won't stand a chance. Just my 2cents, sir.

Agree with you bro, waterproofing is a big concern with open balconies.... Even if you're using membrane waterproofing material.... Ours is about 65sqm of open second floor balcony to contend with.....
