I was afraid of the same thing but I learned not to be.

OR if you want, you can cover your hand and arm while cooking with a towel or sleeves/glove.

pero yung mga complicated at maraming ingridients, hindi talaga.

I learned how to cook well,when I live on my own(lutong bahay).
specialty ko pang pulutan...hehe...bicol express,kalderetang kambing,papaitan,spicy adobong chicken wings,baked scalop and my favorite kilawing tanigue...
