pero di lang nga automatic ang generator..manual key start pa. the automatic start add-on costs a couple of hundred thousand kaya di worth it unless may elevator like condos.

we have a honda genset and a robin....mas maingay yung robin, mas okay gamitin yung honda tsaka mas malaki yung tank nya kaya mas matagal mag-refill.....

Ok yan lakas lang sa diesel at mahal ng parts. Siguro close to 100 liters per hour at 80% load. If you don't mind, where do you buy the filters and spare parts? Mahal kasi pag sa Monark. Cat Gensets din ang gamit namin.

Mali yata yung 9600kva dahil almost equivalent na yan sa 9.6MW pang power plant na yan bro.

Don sa DIY generator.. it says 4 Lit... does that mean 4 liter lang per hour?? or 4 liters lang kasya.. ilang liters per hour kaya yan?

if i want to buy a genset, is there any special wirings needed sa breaker box sa bahay? meron ba ipapagawa na cord sa existing na box? san ba sinasaksak?

saka if you say silent type? gaano ka silent? saan pwede i compare yun pagka silent niya?

you need a feeder line and a manual transfer switch (mts). kabit yung feederline from generator to mts. Mts connect naman sa breaker ng bahay mo. Masmabuti kung electrican ang gagawa. Mts ang magcontrol kung ang kuryente ay galing sa meralco o sa generator.

so mahalaga is 60hz siya. kelangan ko lang naman is electric fan and TV kasi hilig ako manood lalo na pag weekends.

inaalok sa akin ng kumpare ko is honda kaso mejo mahal although wala problema sa parts and service dahil sa kabilang bayan lang pala ang pabrika :D

at iyon sa DER iyon ang galing sa Gen Set ninyo

ito rin ang tawag na Double Pole,Double Throw switch..

oo, naka fixed na ang switch box sa bahay ninyo,if ever my brownout .
simply run your genset,pag stable na voltage niya doon nyo na turn ang switch ng MTS from Meralco to Gen Set.

isa na lang ang dapat ang MTS ninyo .doon sia mag cut ng line before pumasok sa Main Circuit Breaker or MCB ,para cover na niya buong electrical load ng bahay ninyo..

yung diy generator,bale 4 liters ang laman ng tangke, tapos hahaluan mo ng 2t oil, meron sya sukat, dapat hindi sumobra ang 2t para hindi mausok, kaya lang medyo malakas sa gas, kung loaded ka ng ilaw at electric fan, within 5 hours ubos ang 4 liters.

nakalimutan ko mag warning ipagawa sa expert talaga ,baka mga "elecrician sampay bakod" lang mag install

you can also consider buying a surplus, in which you can save a lot din, nag canvas ako last time, 10 kVA open type using diesel engine costs around 50 to 60 thousand lang, engine mo is surplus japan, alternator is china... not bad na rin... kung pure china naman cost around 40 thousand.

ako ginagawa ko sa gen set namin pag brown out patay ko lang circuit breaker then yung output ng genset saksak ko lang sa kahit saang power input, viola!!! may kuryente na kami na kami (electric fan nga lang, aircon at tv, sa ilaw, lamp lang na de saksak, hiwalay kasi linya ng ilaw sa saksakan eh)
