If im going somewhere and planning to wear all white pair, I just use my old kobes for driving, when i park i just sit at the trunk and change shoes, i noticed that if you use white soles for driving, the heel part gets scuffy fast
I only use my driving shoes on long drives. For work or any short drives, I just use regular sneakers. But here's what happened to mine after I've used them long enough for driving.

Unless I'm wearing secure flats or thin soled sneakers, I drive barefoot.
Risky yung mga strappy sandals and slippers. Had a scary moment once, sumabit yung strap ng sandals ko sa accelerator. Never again after that.
Yeah, slippers are pretty dangerous. Especially if you are using top-hinged pedals... which are on 99% of all new cars.

For driving fun, I use Adidas 15.4 X Futsal shoes. I would use proper driving shoes, but locally available ones are too narrow for my feet.
These are cheaper than importing proper driving shoes, have a stretchy upper that wraps around my feet, and a narrow, thin and firm sole that's perfect for tight pedal boxes (the firm sole with rolled heel makes it easy to work the pedals). Not great for heel-and-toe (too narrow), but they'll do.
For casual driving, I used to use Adidas Jawpaws. Like driving in socks, only more grip on the pedals.I know some guys who use aquasocks like these for driving on their simulator rigs at home.
Ang pagbalik ng comeback...
I prefer using my trusty Onitsuka for driving. I think any pair that has a snug fit and thin sole should be comfy para ramdam mo yung pedals. I tried other sneakers, nahirapan ako mag control at first.

Don't own a pair, but somehow i prefer wearing shoes with thinner soles...if only psychologically, i get more "feel" of the car that way.
Used to have one of those Adidas goodyear shoes. They had a rounded sole and thin soles. Lasted for 5 years before the soles gave way. Now keeping a pair of Sanuks in the trunk for driving.

Adidas dragon and good old tretorn shoes. Pero i prefer the adidas dragon kapag long drive.
As much as I could, gusto ko barefoot or naka socks. Daily to work I do this hehe sa office parking ako nagsusuot ng shoes.
Pero I bought this Onitsuka okay din ipang drive, kaso worry ko is gaya nung posted dito magugulpi yung heel nung right shoe.
