Which do you find more attractive? Mestiza or Morena

I spoke to my friend who lives in the US and told her that I have been mistaken for Latina several times, she reacted like it's so negative.

I know for a fact that in the attractiveness hierarchy, caucasians/white are on top but I don't know how Americans view Latinas/Hispanics? Also how does one define Latinas, Hispanics and Mexicans? I see a lot of Hispanics that you could mistake for pure Filipino kasi.

Who set the hierarchy? Is it an age old study?
On the other hand, why does the ph and south american countries are dominating miss uni? So ph is now at the bottom of hierarchy?

MOST Filipinos view whites as superior e. MOST don't even want to admit to being pure Filipino kasi parang satin inferior maging native.
