If I have to die the same way... id drive it as fast as i could.
now thats not a bad idea!
I'm 16. My mom always tells me never to drive like I do in a videogame. And since I don't have a proper non-pro license yet (student permit palang) I never drive without an experienced, licensed companion.
In a videogame, I can turn the Monaco circuit into a multibillion-dollar junkyard. I can have Silverstone (crash) test days. And I'll have a new car out of the pits five seconds after I completely destroy the last one. In real life, I only have one car, and more importantly one life!
Hell, ALL videogames with cars that have real-life, commercially-available counterparts don't even have car damage AT ALL! (Gran Turismo, Need For Speed, etc.)
Dapat kasi sa NFSU nalang mag drag race, walang mawawala. Your lives are infinitely more important than your egos. I'd rather be a living "coward" than a dead kid who tried to "prove his manhood."
Ika nga sa signature ko, "That is what you get when you don't play nice!"
may group text sa amin si chieffy last night about this....
i mean sa itsura palang ng kotse (or whats left of it) parang gusto gayahin ang NFS:U eh. especially those damn stickers on the side.
actually, macapagal is being used for PDRF sanctioned drag races (complete with the christmas tree and proper safety equipment).Originally Posted by KALAMPAG

Don't they still use the PEA promenade inside the SM compound? It's the one near the bay already. Sorry OT...Originally Posted by mazdamazda

That's why I always drive with an experienced licensed driver as advised (and required!). Hindi dahil sa natatakot ako sa batas or sa parents, but because I'll be the one driving the Charade once I get my proper license I don't want it to be a wreck before that happens.
I wouldn't say I'm mature either, I'm a teenager at heart! Especially sa school, hindi naman ako ganun kagulo but you can't say I'm a saint. I just don't understand why many people my age have their common senses disabled.
that's the default configuration for most teenage applications.I just don't understand why many people my age have their common senses disabled.
They got what they deserve. It may be harsh, pero isipin niyo na rin if your loved one was hit by one of them "drag racers".
so sad...pero ganun talaga. s*** happens.
as for an suv drag race, ayus siguro yun. i wanna see the LC80 ng autoplus na kayang sumibak ng SIR. :D
pare, yan ang uso sa states ngayon, diesel drags. they have diesel pickups that do the quarter mile in 12 or 13 seconds. pero ang laki ng mga makina nila and they are supercharged and produce mountains of torquebut they are still daily divers, so okay pa rin.
Yeah.. most of these "illegal drag racers" are kids anyway... gamit kotse ng mga magulang nila(bigay or at least d nila pinaghirapan) nasa kolehiyo pa at walang source of income kundi asa pa rin sa mga magulang...
