Try ANZ, I think they have a good compensation and employee retention program. St least from what I heard from the MD who is one of the speakers in the SSON conference. One key decision they made was to hire PWDS and LGBT members who proved to be loyal to the company.

I don't want to work in a place where there is too much diversity. I have nothing against gay people as long as they carry themselves well. But when I work with gay people who dress as women or gay talk, it's very unprofessional and it feels demoralizing. Sadly, those companies that openly campaign for diversity have a lot of those. My former manager transferred to ANZ and did not last 1 year din. Yung seatmate niya, baklang malandi daw :bwahaha:
