    I have, it's still real teeth though [emoji14] It was my fault also, had braces in my teens and I didn't follow through with my appointments. Nag sisi nga ko since my teeth weren't crooked.

    sino may kilala insurance agent/ broker?
    ucpb sana as much as possible, or bpi ms pwede rin.
    gusto ko kasi bago ilabas 2nd hand auto may insurance na eh

    That's total BULL. Metro Manila is so polluted already. I noticed it got worse over the past 5 yrs. I know this because I can't layer my wax anymore. If I leave my car OVERNIGHT it will be coated with dust already. 10 yrs ago, I could leave my car for a week and it would still be clean, now I leave it for a few hours, may alikabok na.

    BTT: Stupid question but can I buy a pre selling Ayala mid range condo with a 500k cash down payment
