    Penalize them. Yung aaray talaga sila. Like 50-100 million.

    How can a system error cause accidental sending of information? Di ba may tao din behind who is giving instructions to the system? Clearly someone should be liable. Di na makatulog malamang ang Data Protection Officer ni Globe malamang.
