But for preventive purposes, every 2 years, kelangan mag re-contract.

I guess, for business na din.

Tagal kasi kung every 5 years lang sila kikita sa iyo.

Nice, advance planning.

But I think that's still like soil treatment.

Kaibahan lang is that, you had it planned pre-construction of your house, so you don't need to do messy drilling around the perimeter.

You sure that's annual?

Usually, it's 2 years.

Check the contract.

For soil treatment I use Protek, much cheaper, greater coverage because dilution rate is higher and they claim to be less toxic for the environment daw.

for "gross anatomy" class.
it helps, but i do not think the school requires it of the student. we got away with high quality pictures yesterdecades ago. i am sure google or a good picture book will suffice.
hindi naman nasisira yan, kahit ibalibag pa nyo. what your student can do, is borrow from the higher year students.
those plastic models in national bookstore, may not be as faithful to the real thing. some of the fine details that are important, might not be there.

Hindi ko lang alam mag post ng picture dito para makita pero case Less na yung ceiling ng bahay namin kahit ipa treat babalik lang din siguro iba kase din talaga yung may nakatira sa bahay, yung design ng bahay yung garahe nasa loob Kaya sasakyan lang yung pinaka nakatira sa House. Sayang hindi sulit kaya gusto ko rin gamitin.

i used hardiflex.
yes, it's anay-proof.
but mine got wet because of roof leak. then, either the nails holding the hardiflex rusted, or the hardiflex got soft and the holes widened...
whatever, my hardiflex ceiling started hanging down.
i had to remove them, as i might wake up one morning, with the hardiflex board fallen on my car already.

You need to use the sentricon bait system, yan siguradong good for 5 years, patay kasi Ang colony, yan ginamit sa Amin, 18 years ago, ok pa rin ngayon. May friend ako na magsusupply sakin Ng bait, sabi niya 4k per pack daw and I will need 2. Naabutan ko naman yung may video demo ng prosection na I've even heard that some med schools overseas now use high tech 3D anatomical holograms in the course of instruction. Despite all that however, nothing will replace actual hands on C.D. learning the fundamental medical sciences during the freshman year. For folks like Doc d and me, rite of passage talaga yung amoy formalin ka all the time nun.

Sa amin kasi, its not all grades, exams and school pedigree, but experience. While passing the board exam may qualify you to a medical license, you become a better doctor through years of actual hands on work; applying what you've learned under the supervision and guidance of senior practitioners. While I speak from the viewpoint of medicine, I think the same universally applies to any profession din.

Pero kung style lang pala nung bata yun just to get money to buy the latest cellphone, etc., susmaryosep... maawa naman siya sa magulang niya, pinagaaral na nga siya eh. Wag naman sana. Ano na mangyayari sa atin if kids are like that now?

I remember a much older cousin, who was into med school and was then asking my uncle for P1K to buy a cadaver for their study.

He never attended his classes, spent the money to buy weeds and smoked them...

He was sent to the US and learned to struggle on his own, when his monetary support was cut.

He is now a successful banker...
