    ito kasi problema pag umandar politikang kwarta......

    siniraan dati ang coconut oil .....

    pinuri-puri canola, corn, soy..... eh yan producto nila.... hindi naman tumutubo buko doon.....

    pero sa real life at sa matinong pag-aaral eh healthy na healthy ang coconut..... kahit yung pinagyayabang pa ng european na olive oil eh walang binatbat...... pasosy lang naman yan olive oil...... at may binabagayan lang na ulam....

    ganito gawin nyo..... for one month araw-arawin nyo mag canola..... check ano pakiramdam, at kamusta sikmura....

    tapos sa sunod magcoconut oil kayo.....

    lets filter kung ano sasabihin ng mga western.... lalo na pag usapang pangkalusugan...

    eh may isang american forum ako sinusubaybayan eh puring-puri refined coconut oil..... yes refined.... kasi ang virgin coconut oil eh ok din naman pero pag mahina stomach eh purutrut agad....

    so ano brand binibili ko..... dati marca leon.... ngayon natatypan ko cook best..... nakaexplain talaga paano process pagkagawa....

    so pag may bumanat sa inyo na VCO dapat eh mas better listen to your body..... Mas madali tanggapin ng tiyan ang RCO....

    just an opinion..coconut 1st becoz of the mcts, that includes minola etc, 2nd is real olive oil, problem is mostly fake nasa market dito, 3rd is butter, the issue there hindi sila grass feed, last one is lard...sa conditions here sa pinas...its vco or lard only...

    safety muna bago init.....

    at kung metallic tint gagamtin mo eh hindi mainit......

    meron sobrang dilim pero init pa din sa loob kotse.... lalo na yung mumurahin na 3m...

    o kaya 0w30 synthentic para siguradong manipis at di mag clog mga ugat ko O_o
