i know it makes no sense, but it feels like people are getting meaner and more inconsiderate.

The ground crews and the glorified flight stewards (ngsyon attendants na) of American airlines, all heads and tails and colors, are one of the most arrogant ones I have encountered in my various travels.

They would not help you lift your carry on bags to the overhead bins even if you are elderly because "that is not part of their (damned) job"

They would ask you to repack because your check in baggage is heavier by a kilo, yes, just two pounds vs. their limit even if you're in business class, allowed to check in three baggages and you're checking on only one baggage, because it could break their back when they lift it on the carousel

They would give you a mouthful for their failure to get your i94... Blaming everything on you even if that is their responsibility.... And Even threatening that you could not return to their fvcking country....
