i was just listening to the radio. the guy was "rationalizing the piecemeal purchases" of the bagons, the engines, the control systems, etc.
my question to myself was, "had we bought completely-built-ready-to-use bagons instead of ready-to-assemble ones, and from the original supplier of what we are using now, would we not be using these trains now?"
