i hope your roads ain't congested.
i spent over an hour, from 6:15 to 7:30 tonite, to cross naia road along northbound roxas blvd.
motorists along southbound roxas blvd, turning left into naia road, didn't care anymore that their road was hock-full, and that pursuing the matter will just end up with their vehicles blocking northbound traffic.
where were the traffic enforcers, kaya?
