kung may hypertension ka na tapos nag take ka ng gamot na nakakataas ng heart rate syempre tataas din bp mo

so just imagine what that does to your cardiovascular system and internal organs

consider kung paano namatay yung 5 tao sa close-up forever summer

That is what I am thinking nga. Those were young and healthy people. But it makes me wonder how some people in their 40s can take uppers and not drop dead.

Yeah. My officemate is in his 20s only but he can't go 3 flights of stairs. He is obese naman. Though I have a friend who is thin but can't run, smoker naman kasi.

Just wanted to share, sobrang natawa ako sa inis lol
Naka GO kami at pilit tumawid yun 3 ale (40's), binubusinahan ng mga auto and mc. Nabusinahan ko rin bigla kasi umabante sa lane ko, while acting na babalik sila sa curb. Lahat kami pinagmumura, natawa nalang ako sa inis

Btw cathy nasa market market kaba kanina?

theyre different. red chilli is mild compared to siling labuyo. unless its red thai chilli.. that is deadly if used excessively.

i'm about to exit the car park this evening; this gleaming white civic with mudulo kits and everything in front of me was taking so much time dealing with the car park cashier.
looking how the lady cashier's reactions obviously tells me that there's trouble. i just thought it was the car park's cash register or something, the teller seems looking for someone outside her booth then stepped out and disappeared for a moment. she came back then had a talk to the the guy with the civic, suddenly a guard on duty approached the booth then pulled a 20 peso bill out of his wallet then handed it to the teller. the civic left then.
i asked the teller what happened when it was my turn to pay my ticket. sabi nung teller; kulang po kasi yun pambayad nya, humiram pa po ako dun sa guard kasi wala po akong hawak na personal cash, bawal po kasi sa amin mga kahera na magdala ng personal cash dito sa booth habang naka-duty. si manong guard muna po ang pinag-paluwal ko, bayaran ko na lang po siya mamaya,,,, HA?! i gave the poor lady my 20 pesos, bayaran nya kako si manong guard.
    pambihira lang talaga
