Like this weightlifting, I think it's all in the technique and style which can be thought while strength can be developed and I noticed most are midgets probably shorter arms and legs have shorter distance to pick up the weights.

Yes, that where the concept came from, the idea that lifting weights will make you stun your growth if you start young, the shorter the arms, the better for lifting coz of the travel of the bar is less. On deadlift its shorter legs naman

Not downplaying Diaz' achievement...i find the weightlifting even very stressful. Parang any time pwede pumutok yung thigh, tumiklop yung elbow, etc.

There was this guy who deadlifted 500kg recently. Nagawa naman niya, but afterwards his chest and arm turned purple.
