I want to hear the side of the passenger. Nothing ever justifies slapping the FA but Cebu pacific FAs are not entirely known for customer service skills. All I hear about cebu pacific are negative experiences and comnents and the only reason people patronize it is for the dirt cheap tickets. My ex said it's like an edsa bus on air and the FAs who don't seem to give a sh1t about passengers aren't eye candy either.

Yung mga SG flights ng Cebu pacific have nice looking (and accommodating) FA's din, basing from my experience.

If you know OB's history, he became fat but he's now super fit ... hates large SUVs but owns a Ford Explorer ... likes to think he is a practical person but used to own a Toyota 86 ...
