In other words, no logic behind nga pala. I keep forgetting.

Re: FAs while CebuPac is notorious for bad service, at least the general customer interaction is still warmer than say, Malaysian, Singaporean or Indonesian FAs. Some are attractive too but they are cooooold.

Yung mga SG flights ng Cebu pacific have nice looking (and accommodating) FA's din, basing from my experience.

Some look good indeed... most of the trainees or international crew sit at the back and they wear civilian clothes. Kita figure and they look very good.

Some staff sa provincial airports are so so... i guess they cant find good looking ones.

i think sinasadya talaga yang sa cebupac na hindi nila inaassist yung may mabigat na hand carry. remember na pag nag-book ka ng flight with them e you need to buy separately the baggage fare. so pag pinuno mo talaga yung hand carry mo that means umiwas ka magbayad ng baggage. so there, di ka nila tutulungan. pinabigat mo hand carry mo magdusa ka.

marami rami na rin akong flights with cebu pac. so far oks naman lahat ng FAs nila. id go as far to say na same treatment lang with PAL sa experiences ko. ang palpak sa cebupac ung corporate nila. pag nagka emergency hindi na alam nila FA gagawin. pero nothing like 'being treated like ****' or walang paki elam. be nice to people, and chances are they will be nice to you. Pag binati ka ng FA pagpasok mo tinitgnan mo ba sila? nag smile ka rin ba? or parang robot lang na dinadaanan. marami guilty dito kahit sa mga mall guards parang poste lang kung tratuhin kahit man lang good morning or eye contact wala hehe. some have a hard time grasping this basic human thing LOL. porke customer hari/reyna ang asta parang nabili mo pati kaluluwa. juskooo.

Whatever the FA did, the passenger responded physically -- legally dehado siya. But hey, asawa ng colonel? We'll see...

Sabi daw it happened on arrival at Davao... Since if it happened on departure, the captain would have had the passenger physically removed.

So the passenger bore a grudge with a FA and attacked another FA upon arrival...???

In a Facebook post on Monday, the airline explained that it was investigating the incident, which happened on Saturday. An unidentified female passenger reportedly “expressed dissatisfaction, prior to departure, at having to stow her baggage appropriately as requested by the cabin crew member.” Despite her fury, the attendant gently assisted the passenger in placing her carry-on baggage in the overhead compartment.

Upon disembarkation from the aircraft, the frustrated female passenger allegedly slapped the face of another flight attendant, Madel Ty.

How about the story of the passenger? I'm doubtful on the part na sinabi "ayaw ko nang elaborate pa". She maybe leaving out the part why she got slapped in the 1st place.

Baka nangangati na kamay ni madam sa kapal ng libag. Baka raw matanggal pag isampal sa makinis na kutis ng FA.

i feel sorry for the FA. you know what kind of $hitty company Cebu Pak is. at the end of the day the FA is a disposable employee, while the passenger is a paying (repeat) customer.

money trumps human rights in philippines we've allowed our society to become like this. so shame on everyone (that includes me, we've allowed our country to be like this)

What could the FA have done to deserve a slap in the face though? Kung ako yung pasahero, short of the FA cursing out or physically doing harm to me or my family, i would not respond with a slap.

Nothing. Even engaging in chitchat does not deserve a slapping.

A better strategy would have been to make a lot of noise to get the FA's attention, assuming the latter was being lax in her duties. That's what I did with the Japanese guy who took my seat. I embarrassed him in front of everybody. Of course, I looked like an a**hole. But, I didn't give a sh*t.
