In my 3 year-stay in the condo, I only know a couple of guys, mostly because our cars are parked next to each other or our pets know each other. Mostly just nodding of heads. Mas familiar pa ung mukha ng mga helpers kasi sila ung nagpalabas ng aso. Maraming eye candies pero hangang tingin na lang kasi baka mistress ng mga police or politicians paktay! There are nuissance neighbors of course and in most cases these are the leasees who act like squalas drinking all day and screaming with the videoke machines. I close the main door all the time so this is bearable. The home owners are generally disciplined except those who do not have parking slots who keep bribing the security guards to point them to unused or empty spots.
As I have said in my earlier post, the main reason I invested in a condo is its proximity to my office in BGC. There are no affordable house and lots within the area unless you want to mix with the illegal settlers. I have a H&L in Cebu but had to rent it out when I accepted a job in Manila.
