    Sir Archer - for 3 cups well milled red rice I did 7.5 mins * 700, left it for 5 mins, then 15 mins * 180
    but for white rice, just straight 17 mins * 450

    Sir CVT - Yes!!!!! Feels so good!

    Eating breakfast in Crowne Plaza Changi next to 2 white guys wearing all Alpinestars apparel and luggage. One had a spanish accent and the other Italian. They stand up to leave and then I see Yamaha on their jackets.

    Then Valentino Rossi comes over with a big guy. Coffee nearly comes out of my nose.

    Big dude says "¡Vamos!" and that was it.

    Best. Breakfast. Ever.
