I was northbound around 10pm and the SB traffic was bad.

I was south bound bro. Returning to the Metro from Baguio.

Traffic hit me at around 830pm... I was out of it, around 1030pm... there was already a third lane of vehicles who are exiting San Simeon and reentering NLEX. Some probably took some local roads and reentered NLEX further south....

That's a wrong move for then (taking San Simon then going Mc Arthur). That was full of trucks going SB last night.
