I found out that our company's competitor is paying double my salary for almost the same position I guess it's true that those who switch companies often tend to have higher salaries.

yep 10 years ang warranty ng compresor, kaso sa mother board nagka problema yun ref ko, 3K plus ang damage, highly commendable ang after sales service nila, Tuesday ang schdule, Tuesday morning dumating

Iyon ngang ilaw ng inverter ref namin,- hindi ko mapalitan dahil kailangan pa raw na service tech ang pumunta para lamang magpalit ng ilaw! (Kahiya naman sa mga mayayabang na inhinyero o isang hamak na DIY na katulad ko) L*ngya naman! LED LED pa sila,- wala ka namang mabili off the shelf.... Labo!

Sabi ko sa mga bata ko,- heto'ng flashlight,- nakasabit sa ref,- gamitin ninyo... hehehe

Bro - iyan ang sinasabi ko sa advancement in electronics,- integrate sila nang integrate supposedly to maximize the MTBF, pero kalaunan,- palpak pa rin.... Marami kasing shortcuts sa design and qualification ang mga iyan kasi nga consumer products,- pero lintik namang mang-away sa mga suppliers kapag may field failures. Akala mo wala silang contribution doon....

pero badtrip pa rin yung 3K na gastos at parang good for 2 years lang
