It's hard when your family is aging na, I am not complaining, but I wish I had someone to share the responsibility with. I am sleeping for 4 hrs daily for more than a week now and I can it taking a toll on my body.

Naku sis, I'd rather have 3 kids na makukulit to watch over, kahit boys pa.

Mas mahirap magalaga ng elderly. Cranky and sometimes uber sensitive pa, always taking offense at nothing.

I get to thinking nga minsan, 10-20 years from now, I want to be a happy, smiling granpa who tells wonderful stories playing with the apos, not some grumpy old f*rt.

Hindi eh. Hindi ko nga alam yun refinancing hehe.

Medyo ilan years narin ang loans na ito.

Yun 900k kakarenew lang last august kaya parang bago, interest lang binabayaran monthly then kapag may sobrang pera, binabawasan ko nalang yun principal.

Yun isa naman PDC na hawak nila, hanggang July next yr nalang, konting tiis pa haha!

As I understand COLA is cost of living allowance. Hindi naman "living" yung company, kundi yung employee. I think this is just rules made by BIR, Not really a law. I heard may incentive daw employee ng BIR sa mga fault na makikita sa mga company kaya they invented this rule.

COLA kasama sa suweldo yan. Nasa batas yan eh. Yung RATA siguro at COLA na yan is above and beyond the minimum kaya may ibang requirement si BIR.

Ako din lahat expenses ko named after the company, company na magdeclare na expenses yan ng employee nila in furtherance of their work for the company. May percentage lang na deductible sa taxes due from the company, afaik.
