I dont think he was ever professionally employed before. Bad trip lang talaga kasi the manner in which it was done was so crappy. Not an iota of concern for the employers who treated him so well for the past 3 yrs.

Example: the whole of last week he was absent because he was sick. I paid his full salary AND his doctors bills. A few days later this happens.

Maybe because when you are good to them, they feel that they already conquered you and can get away with anything. They want to move on to satisfy their ego.

Not even 1 day Cathy. He gave me 5 mins notice haha and left.

I cant take back the motorcycle as he earned it. Gave it to him after his 3 yr period which was the deal.

Very hard to find trustworthy folks nowadays. I thought he was the one and trusted him completely.

*Whistler yeah you dodged a bullet there. Buti na lang it worked out in the end.

*uls yes i hope he doesnt live to regret his decision. Though i do believe New Zealand is the land of milk and honey. He will be leaving behind his newborn kid and wife though for at least 2 years.

EQ's case is a good example. Great compensation and treatment but still...

Bet he'll wish he hadn't done that if things don't work out in NZ. If he comes back chances are he'll get a douchey boss.

Thats what he told me. His brother lives there and is trying to petition him. I know he still has to work on his visa. But he told me he cant stay kasi daming paperwork he has to do daw.

Bahala na. Hope he gets it. But wont have sympathy if he jumped ship too early. Ika nga look before you leap.

He shouldn't have resigned until he got the visa. I can't imagine why he can't even give a few days notice.

Although sa US they gave me less than a month to complete all requirements. I'll ask for a reschedule because that's so hard

Hindi mo masabi. Yung driver namin dati ramdam ko malasakit at hindi abusado. Pero in the end umalis din. Bihira na yung contento staying in their job forever.
