Ang hassle naman ng requirement ng BIR sa resibo for COLA and RATA for my wife. Kailangan sa pangalan ng company hindi na pwede sa pangalan ng employee. Now we have to ask every establishment to name the OR to the company. Even my purchase have to be named to my wife's company.

More that 10 years na practice ito sir ah, what I do is have a calling card ready and just ask the establishment to issue an OR in the name of the Company written on it, it's just the same as asking them to put it in your name naman di ba?

Although if it's a printed tape receipt, that's already valid so I don't ask for ORs if they give me those.

According to BIR, sinabi sa company nila hindi na pwede yung mga printed receipt, kailangan daw naka name sa company. Now we are asking for the printed receipt, then OR. Yes, dalawa. Ang hassle yung sa grocery, after paying at the cashier, we have to go to customer service to ask for OR.

Not all cashiers are happy about writing a separate OR, some na tamad you have to threaten pa na bawal sa BIR ang walang OR.
