Googled Alviera anhd it seems interesting. But...hindi ba flood prone doon? I remember kasi medyo pag typhoon season masama flooding sa Pampanga.

Medyo elevated yung area. You will notice that there is a change in elevation from that area towards Porac proper. Besides, the Ayalas wouldn’t plan a big development like this if the area is prone to flooding.

Sent our driver to the LTO today to have a car stenciled which i though was pretty straightforward since I've had this done before with no ish. Turns out no.

i just breached the idea (of alviero) to my kumander. nice daw but she prefers a farm in that area. i agreed. same thoughts.

now for the bad trip.

just got home at 3am. inabot ako ng 2am sa hospital. my 80 y.o. aunt who lives with my mom had a mild stroke yesterday afternoon. confined and under observation for a few days pero hindi naman na slurred ang speech nya kanina mga 10pm. ctscan indicates a very small clot on the frontal lobe, same size daw ng pin head. she's a spinster and the only niece and nephew who looks after her are my sister and me. badtrip talaga mga pinsan ko kahit isang aspirin man lang e walang maàasahan.

On my way to work I called their trunkline, waiting ako for a CSR ng 30mins! Then nag drop yung call hayup diba?

Called again after 10 mins nag drop nanaman.

Hanggang nakarating na ako sa destination ko, wala alo nakausap.

Only 15-20 minutes away. Pretty good, even faster access than most Metro Manila hospitals.

Phase 2 (house and lot) may still have some units for sale but you can check with Avida to be sure. As per Avida, land value have gone up 30% since 2016. It was around 10k per square meter when we signed up to get a lot.


On a different note, I was stuck in bad traffic yesterday at east service road. Around 5pm, the traffic towards the C5 toll booth was already near the new Shell station so I decided to take the east service road. It was a wrong move as it took me an hour just to reach the Bicutan interchange.

Yep, Medical City Clark would be the nearest.

Pampanga is hot, but it is dry hot (so talagang tarik ang araw). So far for me it has been quite bearable really so long as im in the shade (and my car has covered parking at home).

I covered for my boss kasi we was off sick. I feel bad because I take pride in my attention to detail, I got confused and my error had a huge impact on them. First time this happened in my 9 yrs at the company.
