if you have a dollar account, and you deposit dollars, the money stays as dollars.
no conversion.
at hindi mahirap.

unless! you specifically say, "convert to pesos for my peso account".

Honestly, I'm always baffled when *cathy posts that she's going to work at 5pm or any time after lunch.

Personally I'd consider that tardiness even if you are doing your job or your bosses are allowing or giving consent to your habits. The HR should notice that. Check your job description or your contract with the company. That should tell you what time you are expected at the office. UNLESS it is explicitly stated in the contract that you are flexi time or can do work at home or in the field.

In my industry, we can't afford to be late. Deadline is always respected and any minute late will cost the company, monetary and in other forms of wastage.

No offense meant *cathy. Just my observation.

I always have high respect to people who goes to work on time. Actually, people who are always on time in general. Just shows they respect other's people's time also.

None taken. My working hours are 9 am to 6 pm but I can't seem to wake up early anymore. My former AVP told me he can't promote me until I fixed my tardiness issue BUT when HQ stepped in, he couldn't do anything anymore Our VP in HQ also removed me from being under that AVP so now I am practically functioning alone. I don't report to anyone in PH dapat kasi lipat na ko ng HQ last year

My bosses let me get away with murder that's why I love them BUT I guess they don't mind if I come in late and stay late because I don't file for OT, night differential or meal allowance. They also know that I would rather DIE than go to work on a holiday so I would finish my work even if it need to stay past midnight.

Xperia Z5, I'm using Nillkin na superthin soft case kasi, napunit niya tapos tumagos sa loob. I really like how the phone looks kaya iniingatan ko then this happens.. Oh well, at least hindi basag yung front/rear glass.
