Thank you very much for your reply! Actually, I already have a bad experience about some house construction or home improvement. Halos kaibigan daw kuno kami kaya that price na lang ang quote nila, but after the construction is finished, it's been always turned out into all DISAPPOINTMENT!!!
So now, I am looking for some Architect na hindi ko kaibigan but will treat me as a good customer.
I tried to search about the topic on this issue but I can't find it,that's why I decided to post my own.
