actually, if you're concerned about the smuggling, it's not the vendors' fault. why? because its the forwarders that are tolerated!

each time there is a new shipment to 168, sacks upon sacks of mechandise arrive--how are they able to send the goods there without problems then? wala naman lagay yun palabas ng forwarders eh!

and no, it's not just 168 with the "smuggling" practice-isama nyo na tutuban, Divi mall pati quiapo!

and yes i've heard it's the BIGGEST RETAILER IN THE COUNTRY who's behind the 168 raids. like those 168 vendors, he's chinese too. with enough wealth to effect a change in GNP/GDP and surely even retail laws, oh well that's just far too much power. oh yeah, his mall is also selling as cheap as 168 nowadays.
