I remember telling ULS na bakit majority of the alpha male figures in my life had heart disease really young, then he said it's because they are alpha males nga.

Anyway, I don't know if I should be bothered. I do NOT think I am type A because I am the LEAST competitive person I know, but I have most of the traits. I am HIGHLY IMPATIENT, hot tempered, anxious and according to my friends and family bossy

Though my cardiologist said unlikely to have heart disease ang female of child bearing age (I suppose as long as hindi pa menopause) I used to hate having my period but now I pray to have it as long as possible

well,
back in medical school, some of my classmates were relaxed, happily competing against each other.
it was our silent classmates, who later were succumbing to heart ailment.

i guess, if you are happy competing, the stress is significantly less.
