Spoiler Alert! just in case. hehe
Actually i think it was explained in episode 5 or 6 when they were inside the VR game. The San-ti/Trisolarian had majority of its people travel to Earth via a large Interstellar Fleet. Most of them in the space fleet will be in Stasis/dehydrated form. The few remaining San-ti/Trisolarians in their home planet is still plagued by a mix of Chaotic and stable era, they can only advance in science and technology during times of a Stable era since most of the remaining people will be dehydrated during the Chaotic era. So the jump in technology and science for the human race is faster in 400 years for US since we dont have something like a chaotic era to stop our advancement.
2nd with regards to human thinking, They have no means to validate if a human is telling the truth or not. their Sophons can only see and interfere with our technology but they can't enter out mind to read the human thoughts. Thats the basis of the Wall Facer project. the 3 people intended to create a counter defense for the San-ti/Trisolaris arrival. In the books they were not supposed to reveal their actions for fear of being discovered by the Sophons, thus they were being hunted or eliminated by the Sophons/people who sided with the San-ti/Trisolaris.
Thank you!!
Nakakagigil..

Dexter
A tv series about a crime fighting serial killer. What's not to be intrigued about?

The Gentlemen
I like it as it’s a typical Guy Ritchie show. Lots of interesting & colorful characters that intertwine with each other.

^ would've been better if it was Ripley from the alien franchise. [emoji28]
Btt: blade runner : the final cut (¹⁹⁸²)
I finally kind of get the recent Ryan gosling starred sequel. I guess now I also understand why this ridley Scott production is considered a classic, primarily because of its dark, foreboding , and dank atmospheric cinematography. Parang pioneer ata siya sa Ganoong genre. But of course, as usual, I don't know what I'm talking about. [emoji39]
