    The cx5 will be more fuel efficient than these 3 subcompact cuvs. Free maintenance for 3yrs. Bigger cabin and more space too. Higher asean ncap rating.

    hi guys,

    we are having a hard time deciding between the CX-5 2.0 PRO and the Honda HRV 1.8 EL ...

    the resale value, reliability and availability of the parts is whats keeping us from getting the CX-5 2.0 PRO...

    and is sould red worth the additional 16,800?...

    care to share some advice please...

    The HRV was also one of my choices, but its image as a wifey car put me off. The CX 5 can be a man's car. To be fair with the HRV, it has the badge of Honda reliability, good looks, and new toys. I have the Civic 2003 and for 12 years walang major part na pinalitan.

    If you are mostly city driving, get the Honda HR-V. If part of daily drive is highway driving, get the Mazda CX-5.
