Sir, good news! Titoy sent me a message on Facebook when he saw my post about him on our thread!

I asked him about the book and am awaiting his answer.

As to axle and transmission oils, well there are certain brands that are rated SAE 80 or SAE 85, these are preferable to the SAE 90 oils as they are a little less viscous, meaning they are thinner and will generate less friction in your pickup.

One caveat however, if you regularly use your pick-up for carrying heavy loads, stick with the SAE 90 oil, it will protect your axles and transmission better, mainly due to the fact that most differentials now have hypoid-type (sliding) gears rather than contact-type gears.

guys, i guess most of us would like a Sunday for an EB. would it be this coming weekend, February 28 -- or March 07 or March 14?

welcome to the b-series forum sir! buti na lang may kasama na akong nka 4x4. hehe. of course pwede ka umattend sa EB sir! post your suggested date, time and venue.
