yep, it's the "whichever comes first" that will hit you

the odometer on my 7 only reads 4,500km but it has to come in for its 1st year PMS. i had a grand time arguing my 10,000KM or whichever is first PMS and almost lost getting this for free if not for a technicality/oversight on the part of the dealer. happy to note that customer is still king at this dealer

per the warranty booklet, its 10,000km or 6 months, whichever comes first

then its 20,000km or 12 months, whichever comes first

for some reason, the 15,000km or 9 months was skipped

i will have to wait for the PMS to be done to find out when the next one is although the warranty booklet says 25,000km or 15 months

just finished my 12 months PMS. total cost is P4,700++

i did not have the air filter replaced (cost is about P2,200) as it was still okay. i just had the dealer clean this. i also used semi-synthetic oil

next PMS is in 6 months

by the way, the dealer already have some cx-7 accessories for sale but i find it a bit too pricey. the following accessories are of interest to me though:

    window visor - P26,846
    cargo tray - P8,308
    step rear bumper - P12,005

the dealer calls it a step rear bumper but actually it just a strip placed on the top side of the bumper. i did not pay attention to the picture but i believe its metal

nice. i got a similar one locally but the rear mats are two separate pieces. i would have loved the single piece rear floor mat

Got my weathertechs a couple of months ago I think. Worth the money in my opinion. Had to go to the cemetery 2 weeks back and its a good thing I had the weathertechs on instead of the carpet. All the mud from our shoes were kept away from the car's carpet.

i bought a china-made 5pc transparent floor mats and placed on top of the OEMs, 250PHP only. serves the purpose.

can i ask what fluids to you use on the radiator coolant reservoir ( pre-mixed, pure coolant, water-coolant ratio or distilled water) ?

Also, my Odo reading is *6k after 6months and the car is due for its 10k/6months PMS, i was told that it covers the change oil and filter only. Would there be any other work to be done on ( air filters, sparkplugs, fluids, etc)?

the casa will check the air filters, sparkplugs and all fluids during the 10K PMS. but in my case, since i was only at 4.5K on my odometer, my airfilter was still okay so i just asked them to clean it. the sparkplugs were also okay and i believe they just topped up the fluids, including the brake fluids

the service center of the casa will have a clearbook showing the checklist of what needs to be done for every PMS. they showed it to me
