    Folks living in the south metro area (Alabang, Sucat, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, etc) average around 15k KM for a year assuming they use a single car for most of their daily drive to work somewhere in Makati or Ortigas. If they use the car for the weekend or long trips, the average goes even higher.

    Maintenance costs comes at a premium but it is a small price to pay for the convenience of being able to choose when to leave home for work. You can opt to leave your car at home and take the time to queue to get a ride in a UV Express van to Makati/Ortigas.

    We will have to see if it is as quick as the Accord 2.0T or Passat 2.0T. The Mazda6 has a great chassis and it deserves a more powerful engine.

    The passat is quick but the torque steer sucks big time. And no paddle shifters in the entry level model.
