My biggest challenge is how to project Waze to my existing 6/7"-inch NAVI- which is practically useless for me.... Well,- it serves as my "screensaver"...

Was in Baguio yesterday, what I noticed was that Waze does not know some of the one-way streets and intersections. It was making me turn left on Session Road when clearly there was an island in the middle.

When it comes to GPS reception, it's just the same as in the lowlands. Could be your phone or your tint, or the generally gloomy weather in Baguio making GPS reception more difficult.

What happened to "Car's McQueen" guide voice, I like it a lot and now for some reason it's no longer in the choices and was replaced by default Jane (US)?

Nawala sya after nung last update ng Waze from Google Play at ibinalik si Jane.

Probably promo lang nila yun for a certain amount of time.

Tried it, but was annoyed by that “ka-chaw” so I switched back to my default choice. [emoji16]

Yes, it is a promo tied up to movie releases. I once have C3PO “guiding” me. I liked that he calls me Master[emoji23]. I had this until the promo ended and the voice automatically switched back to default.

I've only been using Waze since May this year (4th month last Sept. 9th) and last week I noticed in "My Waze" page that my "joined" date reverted back to "1 day ago" instead of 4 months.

I'm not sure if it happened during my last update...but regardless, di naman dapat mag-reset "joined date" mo diba?

Bawal ka mag-update ng gas prices kung bago ka lang.

Ironically, di naman nag-reset ang accumulated Waze points ko since installing the app... at nakakapag-update parin naman ako ng gas prices when prompted.

Oh well... kahit nakaka-irita ang nangyari, at least it still gets the job done of helping me navigate through traffic.

Is Waze updated with the one-way/no entry streets in Makati? Just want to make sure it's safe for a first-time Makati driver. Friend says many get caught cause they follow waze too much in Makati area.

waze helps but driver has to look at the traffic also. there are signs naman.
