Found this on an innova fb group and a newly bought arivo premio arz1 went exploded when it hit a gutter.

in my opinion,
that might be a bit difficult to claim under "faulty product", because owner did say, he hit a gutter. the underlying question would be, "how fast were you going, when you hit the gutter?"
they can thoroughly inspect the tyre in question, and determine if indeed it was defective in the first place...

however,
"folks sometimes tend to under-estimate their responsibilities, and over-value their claims".
