November 23rd, 2008 09:21 PM #1i just bought a new tires for my hilux but my rims is a stock w/c is 15".. is it ok if i change my rims to 16" but my tires is compatible w/ a 15" rims? tnx.. planning to get the grid offroad from rota.. where can i buy the rims and how much is it?

So you want to get 16" rims but use 15" tires on it? If that is your plan it will not fit your tires will be too small to fit a 16" rim.

Typically lighter than stock rims, the difference depending on the size. 15" tires will not fit on 16" rims... I mean, you might actually be able to stretch them over the rims, but the bead will crack and break and you'll be left with a pretty useless piece of rubber.
