Dami kong nakitang Kia sa Slex kanina a. Kanino kaya ung Black na gas Sportage na nakasabay ko Slex galing din ng Kia Libis? Sabi ni Mrs bakit ba tingin ka ng tingin dun e pareho lang kayo? Sabi ko naman e kasi ung sa akin pag umaandar di ko nakikita e. hehe. Lots of Carens, tucsons, starexs and Sportages sighted at tagaytay today. A couple of Sta. fe and 1 Sorento too sa picnic grove. Sarap hehe.

hehe definitely not me :-p ... when I first got mine back in November 2007, wala ka halos makikitang Sportages sa daan kahit sa makati. Kung meron man, once a week you'll spot one. Pero ngayon dami na... I even have a couple of officemates that own a sportage haha... I guess the rest of the world is realizing na what a fine compact suv ang sportage is :-)

Marami na rin talagang korean cars sa daan (Hyundai/KIA) gumanda na kasi quality ng mga sasakyan nila.

here in cagayan de oro, i only saw few sportgages. but korean compacts are growing here. i frequently see tucsons, sorentos, and a growing number of sportages and santa fe. i also saw a grand starex. but soooooooo bad for the one unit, THEY MADE IT TO A HEARSE!!!! OMG! better the dead, they already rode a grand starex! heheh! they remodelled the back part of the thing. the "3rd row" windows were covered by black with a decorated line (sorry i dnt know the exact term) that most(all?) funeral cars wear. uuuhhh its such a disgrace to the grand starex community. oh sorry for the OT btw...

I saw green one, 3 silver, 3 black, 1 red, 1 smokey brown, 2 white and tinabihan ko kanina yung greenish gold sa may ospital. hehe... wala share ko lng. Maybe, this is because of the trade-in promo ng Kia ngayun, patok na patok sa tao! yohoo!

hi mga sir, we're looking to get the 2008 sportage crdi 4x4, but i wanted to check the following:

- how's the aircon?
- how's the engine power (hindi ba parang "kapos" with the 2.0L engine)?
- is the stereo "ipod ready"?
- are the seat covers made of fabric or leather?
- lastly, how's the service and availability of parts nowadays?

* stock HU (2 dinn clarion)...wala pa ipod
* sa seat 60:40 leather and fabric
* service ok naman depende kung saan ka mag pa service
* good fuel consumption... matipid

-aircon malakas. make sure lang maganda front windshield tint mo. otherwise malamig hangin pero mainit ang rays ng sun
-kapos? nope. halos same accel lang sa 2000 CRV ko
-its ipod ready. kasi ung sa akin may naka abang na cable for AUX. ung syo ba Mnmg_2000 wala?

meron din aux sir pero yung clarion HU.... wala pa direct control para sa ipod

Hi Mnmg_2000. Break in is ok i racked up "only" 1K km in 3 weeks lol. My Fc as expected is somewhere along 8 km/l city driving. Tho sana nga mag improve after 5K km ( ganun ung sa iba right? ). Planning to have sidestep kit? installed next week and backing sensors today. Kelan ba eb natin hehehe. Join forces kaya tayo sa Carens, mukhang mas madami sila e.

Enjoy ako dito sa amin kasi ako lang meron Sportage kaya kakaiba hehe.

Hmm sayo pala sir yung sportage na naka park sa harap ng kia libis kahapon ng afternoon?.... dun kasi ako naka park sa linkod.... lumapit sa akin yung gumagawa tinanong ako kung ako yung magpapakabit ng backing sensor...hehe

mag improve pa f/c mo after 5km.. sir pa post ng pics ng sidestep mo.

yo bro rst check nyo rin un tire pressure ksi minsan may difference rin un... grbe araw araw ako dumadaan dyan sa kia libis pag ppsok lagi traffic papntang ortgas inaasar ko un kumpare q (supervisor q) na lilipat nalan ako kia libis para masmalapit 5mins byahe lan! hehe!
