Ok so nag cel ulit yung sorento after the 20k km pm. So definitely it is not the oil level ang cause ng cel. I did some research and the best candidate are 2 high temperature sensors before and after the dpf. They may be sensing high temp due to the blocked egr. The error code according to santa fe (but not sorento) 2.2 crdi obd2 codes is 1019 and 1020, high exhaust temp at idle blocked egr. Btw, the cel came on again just a few km after the previous cel was reset.
I arrived last wednesday night, removed the blank plate thursday morning and was at kia congressional by 9am. Kaso sira daw obd2 scanner nila and they refered me to kia tomas morato. E tinatamad ako, i just decided to do a test run muna. I took a left turn to mindanao avenue intending to take the sorento on a short run at nlex. Sa mindanao ave pa lang binirit ko na. E di pa ako nakakaabot sa sauyo road nawala bigla yung cel.
So ayaw nya ng may blank and long idle/slow speeds kaya nag cel? Kasi nung ako gumagamit last month di naman nag cel, nag cel lang nung misis ko na gumagamit.
